Casa Ramona Hotel - Flores

Would definitely recommend for a quick stop

Beautiful hotel, beautiful staff, with excellent air conditioning and a convenient location just a short walk from town.

Couldn't find a single fault.

I have stayed in twin room with hot shower and a nice bathroom plus a comfortable bed for 2 nights. The location was perfect and excellent for Flores, near to Casa Ramona as well as the cafe. Had supper enjoying drinks at nearby Restaurante Tipico Imperio...

Well, Wi-Fi didn't work.

Quiet little and absolutely great hotel located not far from center of Flores and the cafe. Nice design, new-fashioned and amazing rooms and amazingly kind staff. Plenty of facilities like: climate control and a work desk. Excellent favourable location, in a quiet area. Great way to end our trip...

Beautiful rooftop area

Incredible room with a comfortable bed and nice shower, and convenient location.

The room was spotless and large, included it's own little balcony and a storage space. Location: the hotel was right by Casa Ramona, and Flores.

Great views from the rooftop, but the room's bed was quite stiff.

Casa Ramona offers a fine rooftop area, natural light in rooms, and kind staff. Enjoyed delicious breakfast, perfect for starting your day in Flores!

Always ready to assist with arrangements for tours or meals. Enjoying breakfast while overlooking the beautiful views was a highlight, with multiple tasty options available. The air conditioning in my room was quite strong, made adjusting the temperature a bit challenging, and I encountered some noise disturbances at night. While the common areas were quite inviting, the limited seating on the rooftop during busy hours could be an issue for larger groups.

Loved the cozy rooftop for relaxation and the AC was perfect after sweating through my excursions. Reminded me of home!

Charming decor everywhere you look and the common areas are just good! The spacious rooms even come with a cute little desk, perfect for a quick game of solitaire!

But honestly, my room could've used some air. It's like I was trapped in a cozy, colorfully sealed box! And let's just say that the old pipes might need some therapy with the odors they unleash.

The staff were friendly. I particularly loved the rooftop area for relaxation. My room felt clean overall, though the bed wasn’t as comfy as I’d hoped. Breakfast options were limited, but still a traditional taste of local cuisine.

The rooftop terrace offers fine views.

I found the air conditioning too strong at times, and the noise from the kitchen was disruptive, especially in the mornings. The breakfast we ordered was not worth the extra cost, and food availability was very limited. Our bed was uncomfortable, impacting our overall rest .

The authentic guatemalan coffee was very nice, and the views of lake peten itza made my mornings special. The staff were pretty good too ensure my stay was enjoyable this visit even better than my previous one in flores.

The location of the hotel is perfect, situated in a convenient area and close to attractions. the staff provide excellent service, helping guests book tours and even offering rides to the airport. the rooms are comfortable and well-decorated, with spacious bathrooms and effective air conditioning. the hotel offers a delicious breakfast, and the cafe/restaurant downstairs serves tasty dishes. the common area on the third floor is a great place to relax or work. the wifi can be weak in certain areas.
